Watch Glasgow Club Online workouts on your TV using Roku.
There are easier methods for iPhone/iPad but if you have any smartphone or tablet and a Roku device you can download a free app to both and then follow your workout on a big TV screen. Follow the steps below to get going.
What You Need
An Apple or Android smartphone or tablet
A Roku stick/box connected to your TV
A few minutes to get set up first time

What kind of device are you using?
The principle is the same but the instructions vary slightly depending on whether you have an Apple device (iPhone or iPad) or an Android device (Samsung, LG, Huawei phone/tablet etc).
iPhone or iPad
Switch on your TV and choose the input/source for the HDMI port your Roku device is connected to. The input/source button usually has either of those words on it or an icon that looks like a rectangle with an arrow pointing into it, and they're usually numbered HDMI 1, HDMI2 etc
Push the HOME button on your Roku remote
Choose Search and type "iWeb" which should appear at the top of the list of results.
Select "iWebTV" and click OK
Select "Add Channel" and click OK (enter your ROKU PIN if prompted and then choose Add Channel and click OK
You'll get a message about it having been added to the end of your channel list (you can select iWebTV and use the * button to move it to the top later if you want) so Click OK
Select "Go to Channel" and click OK
On your iPhone or iPad search the App Store for the iWebTV (free) app or if you're reading this on your phone/iPad you'll find it here.
Open the iWebTV app, tap the address bar at the top of the screen and type in glasgowclub.online
Log in (from the menu or the bar at the bottom of the screen).
Find the workout you want to do today and when the video or live class begins, tap the "To TV" button, choose your Roku device"
Enjoy your workout.
Android Phone or Tablet
install Web Video Caster from the Play store on your Android phone or tablet
Install the Web Video Caster channel On your Roku: Home > Search > Type “web video caster” Select “web video caster - receiver” and click OK Select “add channel” and click OK Enter your Roku PIN if prompted then select “Add Channel” & Click OK (you may get a message telling you it’s been added to the end of your channel list. Click OK Select “Go to Channel” and click “OK”
Make sure your phone/tablet and Roku are on the same WIFI network
Open Web Video Caster on your phone or tablet
If it’s the first time you have opened the app Scroll through the quick guide and click Done or just click skip
Make your GDPR privacy choices (or just click “allow all” at the bottom left.
Agree or click no thank you to personalised ads and tap close window
Tap “browser” from the menu
Tap the address bar at the top of the screen, type: glasgowclub.online then login
Tap the cast button at the top right of the screen and choose your Roku
Find your live class or on-demand video
Click Play on the video then choose the option at the top of the video list
